Plans & restrictions

  • The introduction of villages and macrozoning allows you to define workspaces without constraining seat selection! And because we understand that your offices aren't necessarily linear, you can give your villages the shape you desire.

  • Embrace a more dynamic flex office by assigning workstations to teams based on the day of the week.

  • Enable your collaborators to choose seats that are not typically assigned to them by configuring the removal of restrictions by team, X days in advance if the seat has not been reserved.

  • Adapt to different situations and allow your collaborators to bypass a telecommuting rule: for this, configure "non-blocking" rules.


Collaborators Management

  • The profiles of your collaborators in your administrator space are evolving: you can now find hierarchical links, override a telecommuting rule by modifying schedules, and visualize established telecommuting rules.

  • Manage contract types to apply customized telecommuting rules to your interns, apprentices, permanent employees, etc., to ensure compliance with your telecommuting policy.

  • Personalize your reminders: add a personalized message when sending a reminder to those who haven't declared their schedules, kindly reminding them to share their plans by filling out their week.

  • If your collaborators tend to inquire at the office and then work from home, you can set a reminder on the days when they are declared on-site to invite them to review their schedules if their plans have changed.

New charts have made their debut, accompanied by simplified export visualizations to better understand your occupancy data and make informed decisions. Looking for specific information? The exports are even more precise and can be limited to specific areas.



Meetings rooms

The meeting room feature has been taken to the next level! Now you can easily find available meeting rooms on the floor plan. Your new collaborators won't struggle to locate them in your offices and will know which ones are free.

Simultaneously, you can now specify the equipment in your meeting rooms to guide your collaborators during their reservations according to their needs. You can also easily discover their preferred meeting rooms and their occupancy rates through the new charts.
