You are not part of the correct team, or your hierarchy is incorrect—what should you do?

Your team and hierarchy are usually sourced from your company's directory. This directory is synchronized with Deskare to retrieve:

  • Your team

  • Your hierarchy, including your manager and the employees you manage, if any

If your team information is incorrect or if there are missing people among those you manage, this is due to an irregularity within your company directory (Active Directory), which may be on Google or Microsoft.

Our teams have no authority to modify, update, or delete any information within your company directory. Therefore, you should reach out to:

  • Your IT department

  • Your internal Deskare administrators

to resolve the issue.
