✅ Steps to follow

As an administrator, you can access several pages of data and visual dashboards from your Admin Space. These views help you evaluate how workspaces are being used at different levels.

1. Go to the “Employees” page

You will find a list of employees, sorted by status:

  • Active

  • Invited (accounts not yet created)

  • To be invited (provisioned but not yet invited)

  • Disabled

For each employee, you’ll also see:

  • Their assigned office

  • Their assigned team

  • Their role (if they have an admin role)

  • Average number of remote work days per week over the last 30 days

  • Declaration rate over the last 30 days

You can filter the list by office, team, role, or profile type.

2. Open an individual employee profile

By clicking on a specific employee’s name, you’ll access dashboards tailored to that individual:

  • Daily status declarations by month

  • Monthly distribution of statuses in percentage

  • Weekly distribution of statuses by day (in percentage or absolute values)

  • List of all spaces accessible by the employee (useful if specific access rules apply)

💡 Best practices

  • Use filters to analyze specific periods

  • Export data from the Data Export page to support your monthly HR or workplace reporting.
