To simplify your employees’ experience, Deskare sends out a weekly reminder inviting them to declare their schedule for the following week.
This reminder includes a proposed week based on their default settings, planned absences, and public holidays.
Here’s how to customize when those reminders are sent:
Go to your Admin Space
Click on the “General Settings” tab
Define the day and time slot for sending reminders
From the next cycle onward, the reminders will be sent to all your employees based on this configuration.

Friday early afternoon is usually the best time to ensure maximum engagement with these notifications.
✋ Frequently asked questions
The reminder day and time are global settings and apply to the entire company. It’s not possible to set different preferences by office or team.
If you’ve connected integrations like Slack, Google Chat, or Microsoft Teams, the reminders will be sent through those platforms first. If unsuccessful, they’ll be sent by email instead.
Each employee can choose to unsubscribe from these reminders in their personal profile, under the “Notifications” section.
