✅ Steps to follow
1. Activate resource integration
Before starting, make sure the Google Resource / Outlook Meeting Rooms integration is enabled in the "Integrations" tab of your admin space.
2. Access meeting room management
Go to the "Meeting rooms" tab in your admin space.
3. Create a new room
Click "New meeting room".
Link the room to the appropriate zone.
Click on the "Resources" field to display all available rooms via the integration, then select the one you want to create.
Fill in the required fields (name, capacity, email…).
Visually place the room on the site map by clicking "Place on the floorplans".
Choose to automatically send a confirmation message via Slack/Teams. ⚠ Not reacting to the check-in does not cancel the booking - it’s just a reminder to confirm that the meeting is happening.
Click "Save" : events synchronized cover the period between [D - 2 months ; D + 2 months].
Your correctly synchronized rooms will display a Google/Outlook icon in the corresponding column.
Once synchronized, Deskare bookings will be visible in Outlook/Google Calendar, and vice versa.

Always check that the integration is active before creating rooms.
