How to manage my notifications?

This article explains how to enable or disable Deskare notifications to stay informed while keeping full control over your alerts.

✅ Steps to follow

  1. Access your preferences

    • Log in to Deskare via browser or Microsoft Teams

    • Click on your profile picture (or initials) at the top right

    • Select "My profile"

  2. Go to the “Notifications” section

    • Scroll down to the Notifications section in your profile

  3. Choose your notification channels
    You can enable or disable notifications on the following channels, depending on the integrations enabled by your company:

    • Email

    • Microsoft Teams

    • Slack

    • Google Chat

  4. Manage types of notifications
    Available notifications include:

    • Planning declaration reminders

    • Desk or meeting room booking reminders

    • Team messages or events

    • Office invitation alerts

  5. Save your changes

    • Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to apply your preferences

  • Enable at least one notification channel to avoid forgetting your planning

  • Prefer Slack or Google Chat if you use them daily

  • Disable unnecessary notifications to reduce distractions

  • Can I get reminders only via Slack/MS Teams?
    Yes, if Slack/MS Teams is enabled for your company, it won't send it to your email.

  • I no longer receive notifications. What should I do?
    Check that your channels are activated and that Deskare is authorized to send messages (especially in Slack or Teams).

  • Can I change my notification settings at any time?
    Yes, you can adjust your preferences freely whenever needed.
