✅ Steps to follow

  1. Access your preferences

  • Log in to Deskare via your browser or Microsoft Teams

  • Click on your profile picture (or initials) at the top right of the screen

  • Select "My profile" from the dropdown menu

2. Edit your profile

  • Profile picture: click the image to change it

  • Birthday (optional)

  • Team: inherited from your corporate directory

3. Your preferences

  • Interface language: choose from French, English, German, Spanish or Italian

  • Time zone: select the one for your work location

  • Public holidays: pick the calendar matching your location

  • Favorites: set your preferred site, zone, desks or villages to speed up reservations

4. Integrations

  • Outlook / Google Calendar: enable sync to view your Deskare bookings in your calendar

  • Slack / Google Chat: enable sync to receive reminders directly in your daily tools

5. Notifications

  • Turn notifications on/off (email, Teams, Slack, Google Chat) for planning and other reminders

6. Hierarchy

  • View your manager and direct reports, synced automatically from your corporate directory

7. Save changes

  • Don’t forget to click "Save" to apply your preferences
