How to activate the 100% remote profile?

Steps to follow

This feature is not enabled by default.
If you don’t see the "I’m 100% remote" button, please contact your Deskare administrator internally. They can then reach out to us to request its activation.

  1. Click on your profile picture or initials at the top right of the screen.

  2. Select My default week.

  3. Click on the "I’m 100% remote" button.

This will automatically set your default status to "Remote work" for all your working days, both in your default week and in your planning.

What does it mean?

  • Your planning is automatically updated with the "Remote" status.

  • You will no longer receive weekly declaration reminders.

  • You’ll just need to declare yourself "At the office" when you go in.


💡 Best practices

This feature is ideal for those who work fully remotely. You can deactivate it at any time to go back to a regular setup.

  • Can I modify individual days even if I’m 100% remote?
    Yes! You can always declare a day at the office manually whenever needed.

  • Can I switch back to a personalized default week?
    Absolutely. Simply deactivate the 100% remote profile from the same page to restore your usual setup.
