✅ Steps to follow
Go to the Workplaces tab in Deskare.
Click on the office or zone you want to restrict.
In the space settings, find the Team restriction section.
Add the teams that should have access to this space. Other teams won’t be able to book it.
Important: configuring this restriction will automatically cancel any upcoming bookings made by users who are not part of the selected teams.
A notification email will be sent to those users.Save the changes.
