✅ Steps to follow
Create the new site
Go to Settings > Workplace in the admin space
Click “New office”
Fill in:
Total capacity
Time zone
Check-in confirmation (enabled or not)
Then set up zones:
Define individual capacities
Upload a floor plan (PNG or JPEG)
Click “Edit plan” to place:
Workstations
Villages
Meeting rooms
Configure each item: name, color, accessibility, labels, restrictions (by teams and/or users)
2. Temporarily block the new site
Add a reservation restriction until the move-in date
This lets users see the site but prevents booking
3. Block the old site at closure date
Add a restriction effective from the last day of use
4. Remove or disable the old site
Once the transition is complete, either disable or delete it
5. Communicate clearly
Create an event to announce the move-in date
Publish a visible announcement explaining the process
Share all important dates and encourage updating favorites
