Anyone with access to the My colleagues page can create and manage their own views (up to a maximum of 7 custom views).
✅ Steps to follow
➕ Create a new view (2 possible methods)
You can create a custom view in two ways:
Method 1: From the existing views bar
At the top of the page, next to existing views (e.g., Favorites, Close team…), click Create a view.
Name your view.
In the left sidebar Filter my view, select the desired criteria:
Users
Teams
Office location
Badges
Statuses
Offices and zones
Parking
Click Show more filters if needed.
Save your view.
Method 2: From the filter panel
Go to the My colleagues page, from any existing view.
In the left sidebar Filter my view, select the desired criteria:
Users
Teams
Office location
Badges
Statuses
Offices and zones
Parking
Click Show more filters if needed.
Click Save as new view.
Give your view a clear name.
Confirm.
👉 You can have up to 7 custom views maximum.
✏️ Edit an existing view
Select the relevant view.
Adjust the filters in the Filter my view panel.
Click Save view to update it.
🗑 Delete or organize your views
Click the three dots next to the view name.
You can:
Delete the view
Change its display order (move it)
Make it the default view
Default views (cannot be deleted)
Two views are available by default and cannot be removed:
Favorites
→ Corresponds to your list of favorite colleagues (editable at any time).
Close team
→ Includes your manager (N+1), peers (N), and direct reports (N-1), based on your company directory.

How many views can I create?

No. Views are personal and only visible to you.
