How to Restrict Administrator Privileges to a Specific Site Only?

Steps to follow

  1. Navigate to the "General" section within your settings.

  2. Click on "Advanced Roles".

  3. Locate the "Office Managers Management" section.

  4. Click the "New Office Manager" button.

  5. Provide the required information:

    • The targeted office location

    • The user you wish to designate as the manager

  6. Click "Save" to finalize the configuration.

👉 Once the role has been assigned:

  • The Office Manager will gain access to the comprehensive administration console; however, this interface is automatically filtered to display only the office under their responsibility.

  • All dashboards, employee directories, and analytics will be exclusively limited to that specific site.

  • Administrative capabilities will be restricted to:

    • The parameters and settings of the assigned office

    • The users officially attached to that specific site

  • The user cannot perform any administrative actions outside of this defined perimeter.

To revoke the role:

  1. Return to the "Advanced Roles" section.

  2. Edit or delete the assignment for the respective manager.
