If you use automatic synchronization with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) via the SCIM protocol
In this case, user addition and removal is handled automatically through your Active Directory.
If some users are missing or need to be removed, please contact your IT team.
If you use automatic synchronization with your HRIS
In this case, user addition and removal is handled automatically through your HRIS.
If some users are missing or need to be removed, please contact your HR team, and make sure your administrators have sent out the invitations.
If you manage users manually:
If you don’t sync your data, you need to ask your Deskare administrators to add or remove the relevant users manually.
✋ Frequently Asked Questions
A user doesn’t appear in Deskare even though they’re present in Entra ID:
Make sure they belong to the security group linked to Deskare.
If they do: manually trigger provisioning again.
If they don’t: add them to the group—they’ll appear within a few minutes.
I invited a user but they didn’t receive the invitation email:
They can still activate their account directly at app.deskare.io/login, even without the email, as long as the invitation was properly sent.
