This article explains how to correct your user profile information (team, reporting line, manager…) if it’s incorrect.

✅ Steps to follow

1.Identify the incorrect information

Go to your user profile on Deskare.

Check the displayed information: team, manager, reporting line, etc.

2. Understand the source of the data

This information usually comes from your HR system or your Active Directory (AD) if your company has connected Deskare to these systems.

In some cases, it may also have been manually entered by a Deskare administrator.

3. Who to contact?

If the information is incorrect, contact your company’s Deskare administrator first, or create an internal support ticket.

If necessary, the administrator will adjust the data directly or via a data update from your company directory.

4. The information is correct in the source but incorrect in Deskare

If the data is correct in the HR system or AD but incorrect in Deskare:

An "on demand provisionning" must be triggered to force Deskare to retrieve the latest version. This is usually handled by the IT team.
