✅ Steps to follow

  1. Check if weeks are open for planning

    • Your company may choose to open planning only a certain number of weeks in advance.

    • If a week isn’t open yet, you won’t be able to declare your planning for it.

  2. Check your weekly template configuration

    • If only certain days are marked as unavailable, it means they aren’t set as working days in your weekly template.

    • To fix this:

      • Open your weekly template.

      • Set the relevant days as working days.

      • Assign a default status (Office, Remote, etc.).

      • Save your changes.

💡 Best practices

  • Set up your weekly template properly to avoid missing days.

  • Regularly review your planning to stay ahead of upcoming weeks.

  • If needed, ask your manager or admin if upcoming weeks will soon be opened.
